TODAS LAS LECCIONES DEBEN PAGARSE POR ADELANTADO Para asegurar tu lugar en nuestros grupos, deberá estar cubierta el pago de tu mensualidad o clase. Puedes pagar tus clases sueltas, por semana o mensualidad. El pago de las mensualidades se hace a principio de mes. Si empiezas a mitad de mes solo pagas las semanas que restan para terminar el mes. No se paga medio mes, ni proporcional, se paga semanal hasta fin de mes para que puedas pagar tu mes. Si pagaste una clase prueba o sola a principio de mes puedes abonar al resto de tu mensualidad. El pago se hace en efectivo o con tarjeta de crédito en la tienda física o por deposito bancario a la cuenta de la escuela. No recibimos dinero en la playa o en ninguna lugar donde se dicten clases, no reciben dinero los instructores.

 

FORMATO DE INSCRIPCIÓN Y RESPONSIVA Tu “FORMATO DE INSCRIPCIÓN” y “CARTA DE DESLINDE DE RESPONSABILIDADES”, deberá ser llenada en linea y pre firmarla, después pasar a ratificar tu firma a nuestra tienda MGSS WAREHOUSE, Es indispensable mostrar IFE o cualquier identificación oficial (se tomara foto). Si no firmas el deslinde de responsabilidad no puedes participar en las clases ni eventos organizados por la escuela. www.mannygonzalezsurfschool.com/inscripcion Es requisito obligatorio para que puedan asistir a clase. Si estas llenando la de tu hij@ pones su nombre y luego en el contacto de emergencia pones tu nombre. Si estas llenando la tuya pones tu nombre y en el contacto de emergencia pones el teléfono de alguien que no este contigo en clases y pueda asesorarnos en el caso que algo te suceda.

 

DESCUENTOS SOLO PAGOS EN EFECTIVO EN LA TIENDA DESCUENTO FAMILIAR -10% al total del dia 1 al 5 del mes. Se aplica a partir de 2 miembros o mas que son familia directa. Solo aplica a mensualidades completas. NO APLICA A CLASES SUELTAS o CLASES PRUEBA o PAGO POR SEMANA o PAQUETES DE CLASES.

 

LECCIONES PERDIDAS Las lecciones no tomadas solo se podrán hacer válidas dentro del mismo mes. Las clases de surf solo se podrán recuperar como clase de natación con aviso previo para que pueda ser asignados a un grupo. Las clases que se cancelan por cuestiones climáticas no pueden ser recuperadas, ya que no depende de la escuela su cancelación. No se recuperan clases por ausencia del alumno sea cual fuera el motivo ya que su espacio esta apartado por su pago. Solo se recuperan las lecciones en donde se ausente el instructor.

 

PUNTUALIDAD Para los grupos en los que las clases se desarrollan alejados de la orilla, es importante llegar puntuales y asi no perder tu clase. En los días de fondo o nadadas largas, considera llegar puntual ya que no se esperará a nadie.

 

NADADAS LARGAS Se estima que los viernes el entrenamiento será de fondos y nadadas largas. Es requisito usar boya de seguridad, puedes obternerla en la tienda de MGSS.

 

ADMISION Y PERMANENCIA - Si no cuentas con el nivel necesario para tomar una clase grupal no podremos aceptarte en horarios grupales. La escuela cuenta con clases privadas personalizadas para nivelación, evaluación y aprendizaje. Consulta su precio y disponibilidad. - La escuela se reserva el derecho de admisión y permanencia de toda persona en clases grupales, individuales o eventos organizados por la misma.

 

EQUIPO NECESARIO PARA TUS LECCIONES Deberas traer tus goggles de natación, (no visor de snorkel) Es obligatorio traer la gorra de la escuela (no puedes traer gorra de otras escuelas) Aletas, paletas y pull buoy para el nivel de intermedios. Puedes comprarlo en MGSS Warehouse.

 

GRUPOS DE WHATSAPP Los chat son informativos de las clases de natacion y surf. No se puede promocionar nada sin autorización de la escuela. Prohibido hablar de politica o religión en el chat. Su permanencia en el chat esta limitado al pago de la mensualidad, si pasas 2 meses sin pagar tu mensualidad se te removerá del chat, ya que es exclusivo para alumnos activos.

 

RULES MGSS

ALL LESSONS MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE. To secure your spot in our groups, your monthly or class payment must be covered. You can pay for your classes individually, weekly, or monthly. Monthly payments are made at the beginning of the month. If you start mid-month, you only pay for the remaining weeks until the end of the month. There are no half-month or prorated payments; payments are made weekly until the end of the month so you can pay for your full month. If you paid for a trial class or a single class at the beginning of the month, you can pay the remainder of your monthly payment. Payment is made in cash or by credit card at the store, or by bank deposit to the school account. We do not accept payment at the beach or anywhere where classes are held; the instructors do not accept payment.

 

REGISTRATION AND RELEASE FORM Your "REGISTRATION FORM" and "RELEASE OF LIABILITY" must be completed online and pre-signed. Then, you must go to our MGSS WAREHOUSE store to confirm your signature. It is essential to show your ID card or other official identification (a photo will be taken). If you are filling out your child's form, include their name and then your name in the emergency contact section. MISSED LESSONS Missed lessons can only be made up within the same month. Surf lessons can only be made up as swimming lessons with advance notice so that they can be assigned to a group. Classes canceled due to weather cannot be made up, as cancellation is not the school's responsibility. Classes cannot be made up for absences, regardless of the reason, as their space is reserved for their payment. Only lessons where the instructor is absent can be made up.

 

PUNCTUALITY For groups whose classes are held far from the shore, it is important to arrive on time to avoid missing your class. On days for cross-country or lap swims, please plan to arrive on time, as no one will be waited for.

 

LONG SWIM Fridays are expected to focus on cross-country and lap swims. Wearing a safety buoy is required; you can obtain one at the MGSS store.

 

ADMISSION AND PERMANENCE - If you do not have the necessary level to take a group class, we will not be able to accept you for group classes. The school offers personalized private classes for leveling, assessment, and learning.
